Has Anyone Receieved Kaiser approval for plastic surgery in San Diego or the LA Area?

I know of one person, and her recommendation is to ask for a referral from your primary MD to plastics- it is very difficult to get Kaiser to approve, but it can be done- If you dont ask the answer is always NO- Good Luck
