Question:
I am switching to Cigna EPO ???'s about plastic surgery

I am not planning on having plastic surgery until November 2003. I know I will need a panni done. Any advice on what to do between then and now to prepare for submission? Should I take pictures once a month to show the changes from weight loss? Please any info will help. My plastic surgeon is great, he did my Breast Reduction and needs to do scar revision from that and he will do panni at the same time. Scar revision will be at no cost, only need to pay for panni. An EPO plan is the most restrictive plan an insurance company can offer, even more so then an HMO. If you have a choice of plans and a PPO is offered, I would take that plan.
