Question:
What do I do to keep Flatulence!!! from being a problem??

I have found that the only time I have problem with gas is when I eat refined sugar.

I second the gas-x!!! 2 a day... works for me. I am only 2 weeks post-op, and I have a lot!!!

Gas-X is great, or anything with simethicone as the active ingredient. I use a dollar store version that works just as well.

There is also a liquid product. I think it's called Bean-O. No kidding...called something like that. That helps you digest beans and some vegetables like brocolli and cabbage. I've found that my biggest gas problem is with onions. I haven't found a solution for that. Unfortunate for me and those around me too!

Bean-O is only for preventing gas from healthy foods. If you feel that your gas is caused by fats and proteins, try AGREE WITH MEALS from GNC. I used to have a problem with hideous gas. I started taking 2 Agree with meals whenever I was eating high protein or more fat than I probably should have. It's all but eliminated the gas. Good luck!
