the book "Living a Lighter Lifestyle, A Guide to Successful Weight Loss Following Gastric Bypass or Gastroplasty" can be order for $24.95 plus $3.50s/h from Wheatfield Publications at 490 Sierra Keys Dr, Sierra Madre, Ca. 91024. You will not be able to get it locally. You will have to send to them to get it.

I happen to be reading this right now! I think EVERYONE going through WLS should read this book. What great info. I was given the book as part of my "phychological evaluation" by Dr Andrews with the Spectrim program at Brotman Medical Center. Dr Andrews also facilitates our weekly support groups. She is an amazingly knowlegable and caring person. I thoroughly recomend her book (a second edition was released about six weeks ago).
