The apple nectar can be mixed with a spoon in 8 ounces or more of water. It dissolves instantly. Once dissolved, I add in crushed ice. Tastes like apple juice but is GREEN in color. One of my favorites.

From what I understood, each sample is one serving (if you ordered from vitalady). I mixed mine in about 8oz of water. I thought it tasted more like green apple jolly ranchers instead of apple juice. I liked it better than the chocolate/vanilla protein drinks.

I mix the Apple Ecstasy with about 4 ounces of water, some cookie dough sugar free da vinci's syrup, a sprinkle fo cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of fat free cool whip (.5 grams of sugar there). If you prefer, you can crush ice with it, too. I mix it in a blender by adding just the powder and water, mixing for a couple minutes, then adding the syrup and cool whip. It's smooth, just a little creamy but not thick, and tastes just like apple pie. Yum! You can also mix it with red hot cinnamon sf da vinci's and leave out the whipped cream for a hotter cinnamon flavor. Good luck!

Most protein drinks can be mixed with 4 to 8 ounces of water or milk either in a shaker cup or blender. Adding ice or frozen fruit will thicken it, adding more water to thin it.

WLSSuccess.com has great protein samples...and they come with directions! Keep that in mind :) But, as most others' have stated, usually one sample packet is one serving. I personally like using about 7 oz of water per serving. However, some like 8 oz to make it thinner, while others use 6 oz to make it thicker. My rule of thumb in the beginning was to start out with less water, taste it, and add more if it was too thick. Best of luck tasting all those new yummy proteins!
