Seeking Help With Profile- Adding Hit Counter

If you email Obesityhelp they will tell you what you need to do to add a hit counter. Hope this helps some~~

You can go to a site called sitegadgets.com and sign up its free and it will tell you what to do basicaly you will copy and paste what they tell you to. I have one on my profile. If you dont know how to copy paste,with the mouse, drag across the selection to higlight what you want and then right click and select Copy. Then go to where you would like to paste the information and once again right click where you want it to go and select paste. good luck :0)
