How do you Put picture on website

Can someone tell me how to put my picture on my personal profile page. I have a picture of me on my hard drive filed in "my document" folder and I do not know how to get it from there to the website. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!    — blank first name B. (posted on March 19, 2000)

Jacqueline: Since you do not already have your picture anywhere else on the internet, you will neet to email your picture file to someone who does the work on this website. To find out their address, go to the "Contact Us" link in blue at the top of the page and you'll find the name and email address of the person who is doing the pictures. This should work for you!
