Question:
Does anyone know if Dr. Anez of Fairfax, VA, has a website?
I have been looking unsuccessfully for the past two days and when I finally got up the courage to just call and ask for the site, I got the answering service. Lunch hour, I guess. Hello, I just had my finial appointment with Dr Anez today before my
surgery Monday Jan 15,10:15am. I am so excited, and happy that I have a
change to regain my health back, and be able to do things that I havent
been able to do in a quite a while.
Anyways I will say I think Dr Anez is just wonderful. I have had 3
appointments with him. And I have been very pleased with him. I feel that
he is very qualified to do this surgery. He has answered all my question,
and I had a lot. Some were probably stupid but they were a concern of mine
and he answered them without me feeling like that was a stupid question.
also even though I weight 345 lbs I did not feel like I had to hide> Im
sure most of us that are overweight dont like to sit in a room and discuss
our WEIGHT....But I had no problem talking with him about my up and down of
weight loss, and even though I have failed at all the weightloss
programs,diets. I never felt like I was a failer when I was in his office
spilling out me guts.
I have every bit of confindence in him. I will say that also my
Hairdresser had this surgery done last Aug, and he is doing wonderful, and
This past tuesday I went to do all my PRE-OP work, and every department,
and every person that saw his name on the paper work as my referring Doctor
who ordered the pre-op work to be done, all spoke very high of him, and
Even his patients that they have seen since the surgery, (Not with anything
with WLS effects)said they all are doing wonderful and the way it work so
well for them was that they followed Dr Anez guidelines. Just do your
research find out all you can about the different types of surgery and what
you might feel that you would benifit the most from. Even if you set up
the appointment with him, you can still check out another surgion who might
do a different type of surgery. Good luck on your research, If you ned any
