Hi ... I use skim milk and about 5 ice cubes with two scoops of chocolate designer protein, in a blender. It's great !!

I use either de-fizzed diet orange soda, and mix it with the french vanilla Designer Protein in the blender to make a creamsicle, or de-fizzed diet cream soda and mix it with the chocolate protein for an egg cream-like shake. I imagine the diet cream soda would taste good with the strawberry or vanilla, too. You can also add 2 tsp. of fat free yogurt to thicken. I haven't tried it, but stay away from the Vanilla Praline Designer Protein as I hear it's nasty, but the French Vanilla is good.

WATER. And some ice, maybe. Or sugar free things like pop or Crystal Light, to taste. Milk adds too much sugar and may make it too thick to drink, comfortably. 2 scoops with water is perfect. Body builders add milk, skim milk, for more calories. We don't want to go there. There are LOTS of other proteins available that are tasty and make into a smaller glass, too.

hi, I mix my designer protein ( 1 scoop )with 1/2 cup of skim milk, a couple of ice cubes and a pack of nutra sweet in the blender. Chocolate is the best. I know the skim milk adds a few extra calories , but it also adds extra protein and vitamins. it tastes really good and creamy too.

I use either skim milk or soy milk. I have also used soy protein powder (dry soy milk) with water when I blend my protein shakes. It greatly increases the protein content to use soy milk or soy powder. Read the labels and make sure that they fall within your own doctor's guidelines.

I mix my vanilla and my berry protein with orange jucice or cranberry juice. I also make rotbeer floats and orange floats with Vanilla Protein and diet soda and crushed ice. Both are very good!

Skim milk or powdered skim milk is best because it adds more protein to your drink :o)

I use 1/3 c Naturade protein powder, few ice cubes 8 oz skim milk, and two tsp.sugar free NestlesQuik to flavor....sometimes add 1/2 c sugar free fat free chocolate frozen yogurt too...basic shake gives you 32 g protein...great start on the total 50-60 g protein you need for the day.I am 9 weeks post-op,down 71 lbs, labs are perfect and no hair loss..lotsa energy too...good luck.

Water, I can't use milk I am lactose intolerant. Also another suggestion is fruit juices 50/50 with water of course. My favorite is Designer Vanilla with 50/50 orange juice and water for breakfast. Another suggestion is flat Diet Root Beer mixed with vanilla. It is also good. Of course with this one I use more root beer than I would water or fruit juice.

I mix mine with 1 cup skim milk, and some icecubes. You can put fruit in it to make it tasty. Fruit juice is also great with it, or sugar free yogurt.
