Help with letter -

The first thing you need to do is make sure you have documentation in your pcp file stating that you have had skin rashes or irritations due to excess skin. It would also be good to have a list of lotions and prescription medications that you have tried to control the rash. Your key is going to be the letter you submit from your pcp. Work that angle first.

I have 2 awesome letters :) one I wrote for my PCP to sign (and she did without changing a single word) and then a 3 page personal letter I wrote on my own behalf -- email me and I'll send 'em to ya :)
