Would anyone like a Complimentary Referral?

As a gift for the New Year, I recieved a card for a complimentary visit to the BTC in Ann Arbor, MI. As a former patient of BTC, it was sent to me to give to someone who would like to see a bariatric surgeon for an initial consultation. I don't know of any one who wants to use it and hate to see it go to waste. If anyone would like to use it, please email me and I will send it to you.
