What is the protein that you use?

I've tried just about all the powder proteins out there. The best tasting
(and this isn't saying much) one I found was ProBlend 55. Several weeks ago
I tried a can of the Ultra Pure Pro in the Cappuchino. This stuff was
actually tasty! It's very much like the bottled Starbucks beverages. I
bought it at GNC ($2.49 for a ready to drink 12oz. can). I liked it so much
I bought a case from Netrition. BTW, it is low carb, low fat and low
glycemic index. It has 35 grams of protein and I drink it like a morning
coffee (I like it cold, but you could probably warm it up). Honestly, this
stuff has changed my attitude about "doing the protein".

I use Health Source Soy, the chocolate flavor. Of course, I add other
things to it, and I love the way it tastes!

I have tried MANY..however, for my taste buds ProBlend55 hit the spot..
I use one scoop a day in 6 oz water, then add ice (down the
hatch)..Smells a lot like a cake mix. I usually get in 80-90g of protein a
day only 27.5g from suppliment the rest from food.. Ask Michell Curren

The best I've found is Designer Protein Natural, available at GNC. It
pretty much adds no flavor of it's own, which makes it the perfect choice
(and the one used by a lot of smoothie stands) for fruits smoothies and
slushies. Use Nonfat yogurt with only 10g of sugar, fresh fruit and ice.
Sometimes I just mix it with fruit and ice for a cool slushie. For a shake,
I like the DP Chocolate, also at GNC. I just blend it with crushed ice.
