Is it possible if I have a digital camera to post my picture?

Sure it is possible. You need to upload your pictures from your digital
camera to your hard drive. (Desktop is an easy place to find it). Then you
need to upload your picture(s) to a web site. (I use Homestead.com) Then
when you have your URL (address for where the picture is) you post the
address on Obesityhelp.com. Obesityhelp.com uses the URL of your picture so
others can see it.

Click on the current photo (they are GREAT inspiration!)
Under the current photo, click where it says:
