Question:
Who has had a tummy tuck, arms done, thighs done, etc. and insurance paid for it?

Has anyone who weighed 350+ had their whole body overhauled and their insurance company paid for everything? What exactly did you have reconstructed? what insurance do you have? and do you have pictures?    — Angela B. (posted on July 31, 2002)

Hello- I started out weight 355 lbs. I had my gastric bypass surgery on 11/21/01. I've lost 160lbs. I just had my arms and breasts done on 10/4/02. I'm gonna have a tummy tuck on 12/13/02. Next year I will be having my thighs done and my back (a lot of extra skin...rolls for days). I have Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO. They approved the arms, breast and tummy tuck. We will be seeking an approval for the thighs and back next. So hey if they pay, why not!!!! Stay blessed
