Dr. Flanagan is very intelligent and compassionate. Although he is very serious. I found Dr. Flanagan to be very busy!!! I was fortunate to get approved for surgery be fore he stopped doing them as of November 1,2004. Since then he has more time More...

He seemed knowladgeable but his bed side maner had much to be desired.
