VSG on 10/09/12 with

Yesterday was my surgery day! Today working on recovery. In some pain, but it is not bad. I liken it to a really hard workout at the gym after not having worked out much. Just sore all over, but mostly in my stomach area of course. Doing my walking now, sipping on ice chips.
