Seminar scheduled for June 27th

I have been scheduled for the Jun 27th seminar for Dr. Mark Gibbs......Tina, from his office, was soooooooooooooo nice by answering all my questions...Anyway, I have gathered PCP records indicating I have hypertension, excessive weight gain, and GERD. I also have obtained my medical equipment records explaining my sleep apnea...My BMI has run from 37-40 for years.........I think I have enough ammunition for Tricare approval.

I received my forms from Dr. Gibbs today.....The questions are very straight forward.....I hope I have given enough information.

Gerald, I am also scheduled for the June 27th seminar. I originially sent my records to Dr. Lutrell and then found out he is not there anymore, so all my records are already with Dr. Gibbs, I hope! I have BCBS-Chip insurance and hope to be approved asap!!!! See ya there, Victoria Smith
