And here I am, feeling all whiney cuz I just had surgery and I'm uncomfortable!  Thanks for putting it all into perspective for me.  I'm happy for you, and sorry for your wife.  I hear they can do amazing things for MS now, and it sure sounds like you're the one to ferret out that information.  Best of everything to you and yours!

I agree, this brought tears to my eyes, very well written.  I'm so proud and happy for your turning the corner and liking your DS now, you have been a success.

I am so saddened by your beautiful wife's diagnosis.  I know this has to be heart wrenching for you both, especially her.

We are all proud of the man, husband, and father that you are, and know you will see your family through this difficult time.

Prayers and God Bless you Dustin.
My  is Jewels.  Love her very much!

What a great post.  Totally unexpected and wonderful.  You have a great wife, too.  I have EBV and off the charts HHV-6 (have your wife look into the HHV family) and it manifests in extreme exhaustion.  I admire and envy her drive to decorate and not complain.  I'll pray for her Dustin.

I'm glad you are doing so much better.  I guess we all roll the dice and mostly the odds are on our side that we will have little to no complications.  But, some will and the majority still say they would do it again because of the gifts they have received from the DS.  That says a lot!

Cheers,
Cathy
