need some help and direction

Hi everyone I am 7 years out and live in Minnesota, however I have a wonderful friend who's niece is trying to find a doctor to do weight loss surgery.

She lives in Illinois near St Louis. The problem she is having is finding a doctor who accepts public aid.

I know how much my life has changed and would appreciate any help.

We get this question from time to time from people and our answer is pretty much the same. Try a university hospital. They probably have a program and they probably take IDPA.

I have a friend that lives in Bellville, Illinois, who is having hers done at Barnes, by a Dr. Eaton. He does take the Illinois medical card.
