I know, or at least I hope, that some of you have been wondering where you should post.  I figured it was better to do it on Monday when more people were on the board, but I was too busy yesterday to do this.
I can only claim the 60 minutes that I did at the beginning of the week that got me laid up in bed with an ace bandage and ice on my knee.  And since the orthopedist couldn't fit me in this week to drain fluid from my knee and give me a cortisone shot, I guess that this week will be a big fat zero!

I sucked last week, so give me a big fat zero. I'll do better this week.

I hope your knee is feeling better soon!!!  From someone with knee problems, I feel your pain.  Of course since I lost the weight I lost so far, the knees are feeling 100% better.  I can only hope that whatever damage I've already done keeps itself at bay!

240 minutes this week!  I am looking to up it so that I add at least 3 days of 60 minute group lifting.  Haven't gotten back to that particular class yet, but I'm getting better!

I hope your knee gets better. My exercise suffered this week with my overfill and lack of food. I did get in 190 minutes.
