old habits

I find myself going back into old habits.  I need some advice on what I can do please help
                                  My new life started on 10-21-09

YOu don't say what type of 'old habits'--- but I would bet that you know exactly what to do .


1.  kick the liquid calories -- period
2.  get the simple carbs out of the house -- period
3.  plan for protein first at all meal - period
4.  get out and get some exercise every day or every other day -- period


those 4 things always put me back on track

Isn't it amazing how those old habits can creep back, even after all we've accomplished and started but not finished.  Those are demons I fight too. Kath has the right plan, though.  I tend to stray away from all but the exercise.  It seems to be my foothold.
Kath, I am gonna work your 4 step plan too.
