What is involved with craving change sessions? Is there hand out information that can be shared?
I actually am required to take those classes by the program in Edmonton but wasn't sure where to look for them being offered.
When I find it and take it I'll gladly share the info
I'm taking these sessions in Grande Prairie.
I googled Craving Changes AB and a list poped up with numbers and locations the classes are being offered.
