Me again -

 Hey everyone.......thanks you to those who suggested Dr. Sadek.  I will see him on MOnday morning and hopefully it will all work out and I will be on the road to loosing again.  I have gained 6 lbs. since JB's absence and I am NOT HAPPY!!  

My question is - his office told me where to download the "forms" before my appt. and I dont remember where they are - or what site to find him at.  Any clues??

 You will adore him, I had revision surgery this past Wednesday, Dr. JB did my lap band in 07 and i had major problems this summer. Has to have my band taken out and when I met Dr. Sadek I was so happy, he's a wonderful man and an even better surgon....Best of Luck....
