Hey Carmelita, I want to come and eat at your house.  That list looks yummy.  I had a RNY 12-26-07 and am down 160 pounds.  Feeling great except for the excess skin I'd like to get whacked off.

My favorite foods I keep on hand are:

1.  Soy milk
2.  Canned pumpkin
3.  Cottage cheese
4.  Chicken (mostly skinless breasts)
5.  String cheese (low-fat)
6.  Salad greens
7.  Dannon Fit and Light yogurt
8.  Splenda and Decaf tea
9.  Bananas
10. Sweet potato fries
