I hope this isn't a doubel post, if so sorry!

This is a very long but facinating article if anyone is interested. It takes a scientific look at sugar (refined and high fructose corn syrup) , how it is processed in the body, and what the biological results are. Not saying I am 100% convinced of the position on this but I am hoping the knowledge of some of this will help me cut out some of my habits that I am slipping back into. ;)
