Morning all :)

Working today, then a few errands and hopefully a BBQ for dinner.

B - coffee with milk x2
S - 2 strips bacon, lettuce, tomato, 1/2 oz cheddar, 1 toast
L - same as morning snack
S - clementine orange, tea
D - BBQ'd... something. lol  Likely chicken with veggies

Hmmm BBQ sounds good....
Can't haul it out yet but sure sounds delish...

May take a drive today...
first time since surgery...
going to get some groceries

D maybe some fish don't know yet
S frozen fruit and yogurt

Morning!  I feel happy today.  Broke out the sandals for work today.  I loooooove sandal weather!  Time to go for a pedicure :)

Today is another S&M physio day.  I hope I don't puke from the pain when I get home like last week when I went.  Nothing much else on my agenda today.  No water for a few hours as they are finally here to fix our sewer line.  Wanted to do laundry but that will have to wait.  BBQ sounds good but I'm reheating leftovers tonight.


B - toast and peanut butter

L - grilled chicken salad, apple

S - iced latte

D - stuffed chicken breast, broc salad, green salad

Hello everyone , i just started my Soft -regular diet today , hurray , lol !!

B - 1 hard boiled egg
I slice toasted weigh****chers bread
Coffee , black

L- 1/4 C salmon
4 melba toast
tea , black

D-30 grams of turkey
1/3 c vegetables mixed
1/4 c mashed potatoes

 snacks , am 1 oz skim milk cheese
pm-1/2c V8 juice
evening -1/4 cup greek yougurt

Afternoon......

Feeling pretty rough today....my kidney is acting up pretty badly and the pain is exhausting me.  i am going to try and eat tho.  Lots of water today.

B - Milk
S - Nothin
L - Toppings off a piece of homemade pizza (leftovers) and a few pickle pieces (also homemade)
S - Cheese and a hardboiled egg (I think)
D - Steak with chili sauce, asparagus
S - Whatever bf feeds me.
