I`m trying to think of some realistic goals for myself.
If you don`t mind - can you share what your starting weight was, and your final weight when you stopped losing - or if you`re still losing what your goal is?
More importantly can you pretty please include your height?

Ok it's still pretty hard for me to deal with the number of how much I weighed....but
Starting weight 378
Current weight 265
(can't believe 113lbs gone in 5 months)
Goal weight 180-190 (not sure yet!!)
I'm 5'9"

I'm in Etobicoke - so the west end of Toronto.
The word on the street is that I should be hearing about an orientation date very soon! I spoke with TWH last week and they said they were doing late December early January referrals then..and I'm a mid-end of January referral....so here's hoping.

May 26th, 2010 - Appointment with nurse and SW
June 1st, 2010 - Appointment with NUT and doctor

October 7th, 2010 - Surgical Education Class
