Morning all :)

Busy, busy, busy and looking forward to cawfee night tonight - can't wait to see how much some of our ladies have melted away since our last get together! :)  Going to be a hot one today - praying it doesn't rain!  I am in *love* with the cherries I bought over the weekend - holy hannah, they're HUGE and soooo good! 

B - coffee with milk, protein shake
S - 21g old cheddar, 2 crackers, 3 cherries
L - ham sammie I didn't quite get to eating yesterday - oops
S - either another protein shake or the same as morning snack
D - something quick and proteiny before cawfee night
S - coffee with milk

Well it's Day 2 of Optifast for me...yesterday went well - just feeling blah the morning and shaky but guess that's my body adjusting

B - Optifast Shake
S -  Water
L - Optifast Shake
S - Broth
D - Optifast Shake
S - Optifast Shake

My family and I just finished moving over the holiday weekend and everything is still so unorganized..but we're trying!

B-cafe latte (oh how I missed it for a few days  )
S-1/2 cup fibre cereal w/1% milk
L-unknown
S-extra old cheese and celery
D-Chicken souvlaki
S-chai tea

Yaawwnn....Good morning. Very tired, must drink more coffee!!

It's a hot one again today...love the heat now...the humidy not so much though.  Oh well,beggers can't be choosers.

Plan for the day is groceries....im so excited I can't even stand it lol (can you sense the sarcasm lol).

B - coffee, coffee and perhaps another coffee.

S - protein shake

L - turkey pepperoni, cheese and pickles

S - protein bar

su - pork tenderloin, veggies

S - greek yogurt and pepperette

Water and vits in.  Have a good one!

heyy everyone :D

I hope you're all enjoying this beautiful morning :D:D I am thoroughly enjoying our vacation! :D
I'm not to sure what today will be like for my eating.

I had a tea and a tiny apple danish already. Now, I am enjoying a protein shake
We are probably gonna go out for breakie where I will likely have an egg and ham or some sort of meat.

I am going to have a bag with me today with some foods in it. Not sure what order I will eat any of it yet.. just kindda going with the flow.
- protein shake (I just want to make sure I get all my protein in and this is the easiest for on the go, for me)
- fibre plus bar
- trail mix/ almonds
- mini blueberry muffins (I made from the splenda site)

Not too sure what we will be having for lunch or dinner yet but we are trying some new things while we are here. The restaurants are totally awesome!
I will definitely be getting in my protein and more then likely have a salad with it.. We'll see what the day brings

all water and vitamins in!

I LOVE this heat!!! finally my hands arent freezing!!

I am hungry today - so when I am hungry I eat...

Pre-work out - small banana

B - oatmeal with nuts and dried cranberries

s - 1/2 h/b egg and a few bites of tuna salad

l - grilled chicken on greek salad

s - yogurt with berries

d - really dont have time if I plan on getting to mississauga for 6:30 - will have something at Tims

All water and vits as usual

Barb, I'm loving the heat too for the same reason!  Too bad my office is so frickin' freezing all the damn time lol  I take little "breaks" throughout the day just to go outside and warm up!

Really looking forward to seeing you tonight!! It's been too long. :)  Not sure about Donna, as she never posts anymore and I haven't heard from her in months.  (?)

Went for an hour walk along the river this morning.  The plan today is to get our dock in- yahoo!  Hope it works!  If we get it in and it is floats (lol, poor DH) then I will kayak later on tonight too!  Swim later on- I have gradually increased the laps so now I will be at 6 tonight, which is 35-40 min. of continuous swimming!
B- 1/2 egg, 2 bites of toast
L- clams and shrimp
S- cheese and melba toast
D- Chicken pot/veg
