advice on follow up appt @ TWH

I had my Surgery at St Mike's and since then I have been trying to book the follow-up appt. @TWH . I have tried calling and never seem to get anywhere.

I am not sure what I am to be booking either is it Dietitian, Nurse?

Anyone that has been through this please let me know.

Have you tried emailing Katie, Lorraine or Mary?? It sometimes takes them about 3days to return the message but keep trying. Keep calling, you really need to book these appts.

Let us know how it goes please-i just had my surgery feb 17 and need to book my followup for 3-4 weeks I was told

From Orientation at TWH to Surgical date~6 months

Good luck getting your appointment in 3-4 weeks... I had my surgery Jan 19th, and the earliest I can see the Dietician/Social Worker is March 7th...and I have to wait until March 29th for the surgeon...that's more than 2 months AFTER my surgery!

i was advised to book my follow up appts as soon as i had my surgery date. if you live near there, it might be best to go in person, rather than trying to get someone on the phone.

For your 1 month follow up it is the NP, Dietician, SW and the Surgeon(most likely the resident)
