So today I did my weigh-in (i usually do em on mondays, but i've been alittle out of it due to pain meds)... And I'm 4lbs from being in Onederland!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so excited I could scream!!!!! All I want to do is workout to reach my goal of being under 200, but I can't because of surgery :( I guess alot of walking is in order

Referal sent August 2009 - Referred to Ottawa - January 2010 - Surgery - July 29th 2011!!!!

oh yes..when i was about 200 and something, i put the scale away for a few weeks.... it was brutal.
