constipation???

I have been having small BM but havent had anything in 4 days.  I am 3 weeks out tomorrow any suggestion MOM has not worked for me I almost puked blah...

also when can we have popcprn??

popcorn is off the menu for quite some time i'm afraid.

check with your dietitian

I figured as much but thought I would ask. lol ya MOM makes me gag and instantly the need to puke. Hmm not sure if I need that yet... or Maybe I do. eek

you can try adding a stool softenener, but you might need some dynamite first to get rid of the block. and then add a stool softener to your daily regimen.

I hate MOM too but I need it so I plug my nose and take it like a shooter. Works for me :)
Popcorn......umm wait till you can actually eat to worry about that one :) Good luck I hope you find some relief.

swallowing it is fine its the disgusting after taste blah. lol My husband asked and I was just curious im not even thinking about popcorn... drink drink dink protein protein protein and chew chew chew!! thanks.

Hi, I use MOM sometimes and did find a cherry flavour.  It still is pretty bad, but better then the white stuff.

Seconding the MOM - I know it tastes awful, but it's safe and effective. I have found the peppermint flavoured stuff to be easier to get down.

Cherry flavoured MOM, like a shooter, followed by lots of water.  You might try getting a lot  more liquid in.  G2 (low sugar gatorade) seems to help with BM's for some reason.  Glycerin suppositories work well.  And find out if your clinic wants you to be on a daily stool softener.  Good luck!
