Attn Ottawa folks: Bytown Benchers Picnic is today - come on out!

Today's picnic at Britannia Beach is a go! Weather looks great! Although we are booked to be at gazebo, if it is not busy, we may set up at Trolley Station, whichever has better sun, etc. I'll hang a flag for people to see.

Please consider coming out even if you haven't given an RSVP, and don't stress about last minute food or whatever...it's about the people!

Please note that the westbound Ottawa River Parkway will be closed this morning, so plan your route accordingly. If you are coming on the Queensway, take Pinecrest exit and follow Pinecrest right across Carling - that is the entrance road to the park. It is also the same place as the Ron Kolbus Lakeside Gardens Community Centre.

Anyone wants to bring tunes, feel free to do so.

Wish I lived closer and wasn't working.  Sounds like fun.
