What Are you Eating/Doing today? (Monday)

Morning everyone - another GORGEOUS day today.
(Hear they've got pretty strong storms up by Thunder Bay  - hang in there ladies!)

  --  15 months post-op and maintaining  --.

 B - 1/2 c cereal w  fresh banana and strawberries, large coffee
 S - homemade fruit smoothie w tofu and muesli
 L - homemade sweet potato and ham salad
 S - protein bar, mint tea
 D - 5 chicken wings and celery sticks

Multivitamins in, calcium and vitamin B12 still to go.

RNY 3+ Years

Morning Gabby and all;

Going to enjoy some of the food I cooked and prepared for the freezer on the weekend....I love when my freezer is full of neat little individual portions.....its funny what makes me happy now...lol

B - protein shake

s - 2 mini egg bites

l - home made veggie beef soup

s - greek yogurt-chobani cherry....lots of sugar grams....but a good portion of it is from the milk to make the yogurt....and I like the taste!

d - Canadian bacon and eggs-two of each

s - Blue Menu frozen bar - 80 calories

All water - plus vits...plus coffee

Still a little hot for me but the sun is awesome.
b. premier cholcolate with a little skim milk and instant coffee
s. baby bel
l. left over portabello mushroom with chicken and goat cheese
s. hummus and carrots
dinner probably a salad with shrimp or chicken.  Going out to a local restaurant.

Goooood morniong all :)

In a great mood for some unknown reason today. lol  Weird.
Working, but have to run to the mall momentarily to order an ice cream cake (YES, I SAID FREAKIN' ICE CREAM CAKE) for one of the girls in the office as we're having a joint birthday party/wedding shower for her on Wednesday. :)   I"m thinking of having "Happy Birthshow" written on the cake.  Ok, so I'm not so creative today? Any better ideas??

RNY - 6+years post-op

B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - 21g cheddar, 2 melba rounds, a couple of green grapes
L - assorted sub salad from Subway, 1/2 the dressing
S - just tea likely
D - steak wrapped in bacon, steamed mixed veggies
