What Are You Eating/Doing Today? (Tuesday)
Okay, people who are afraid of sliding - here's your chance to track your intake and compare it to others:
Today I am going for a long walk after dinner, but no other exercise. Hope to swim tomorrow.
15 months post-op, maintaining at 115 pounds down.
B - bowl of Cheerios w 1/2 banana, large coffee
S - 1/2 c. cottage cheese w fresh raspberries
L - salad w grilled chicken
S - protein bar, herbal tea
D - nachos w beef and cheese and avocado
Multivitamins in, calcium and B12 still to go.
