What are you eating doing today

Since no one had started the thread I thought I would.
Exercise, a walk later.

b. protein shake, raspberry home made
s. baby bel
l. cottage cheese and blueberries
s. hummus and baby carrots
d. 1/2 fish burger no bun, salad
s. not sure probably cheese.

well I am preop so this doesn't count but I will tell you anyway.

forward that i am not a great cook i just wing it.

ground turkey browned with some garlic and onion, snow pea's and light cream cheese melted in... very yummy..

Not eating today but LOVE Portobello mushroom cap stuffed with ground turkey/chicken I use these as burgers or just on a plate with a knife and fork...

Sounds good. YOu should till be able to eat these a few months out of surgery.

16 months post-op, maintaining at 130 lbs.

Got a miserable cold, I'm officially booked off sick today. Head is aching, bones are aching, can't breathe, sleeping is a problem. Woe is me. Let's have a pity-party for Gaby.


 B - 2 slices toast, 1 egg omelette w cheese & ushrooms, large coffee
 S - homemade fruit smoothie w tofu
 L - bowl of shrimp wonton soup
 S - large tea, 5 digestive cookies
 D - leftover butter chicken
 S - Smart Food cheddar popcorn, 1 litre water

S1- protein shake (skim milk, protein powder, 1 cup mixed berries, 1 tbsp flax seed)
B- 2 babybel, 2 mini carrot muffins, oh yeah protein bar
L-One serving stuffed pepper casserole, baby spinach, atkins endulge coconut bar
S2-hard boiled egg, piece of cheddar cheese, 4 triscuits
D- turkey meatloaf, baby spinach

Good day for me, staying with a friend who wants me to up my protein.

B - DANACTIVE 93 cals, 4 g protein with multi and pill
S - 1 c 1% milk (7 g protein) with Kashi Lean Crunch (9 g protein, 9 g fiber)
L - Protein bar low sugar (160 cals, 16 gram protein)
S - can of diet coke (a guilty pleasure !!!), banana
D - 2 pieces Har Gao dim sum
S - Dr. Oeckler's Light Vanilla Mousse made with milk (70 cal, 2 g protein)
S - Milk & Tea

This was a real triumph. The last 2 times my friend took me out for Har Gao I vomited both times. (thanks to my friend for persevering) so this time I stuck to 2 and it was good (last time it was 3). And no vomitting at all today. Very happy.

Also swam in the pool for 1/2 hour and slept-in another 2 hours.
