my newly found bones...
Ok, so sleeping on my stomach, I can feel my ribcage. In my CX work class, I can feel my butt bone and my ribcage. I have never had much padding on my butt, however, losing from my butt, where there is nothing to lose is sucky!
Where else should I expect to find bones next?

It that the one between the girls but slightly lower? Cause I have a bony part there too!
I would like my clavicle to show a little - even a little! hip bones would be nice too, but I have a ways to go before that happens!

Okay I love the new found bones. hahaha that's great!! Way to go! Inspiration for me.
The bone in your chest is the Sternum and mine seems to stick out now too. Exercising those gluteus muscles will help with butt configuration. Of course it's not easy but there is hope.

I have found myself actually running my hands down my legs and stomach when laying on the couch watching tv and thinking wow that feels so hard with the muscles and bones. My legs and but have great definition. My stomach seems to be the one area that still has visible fat. The loss skin is a issue but I can ignore that with clothing on. I want to see the bones. LOL. Not see I guess but feel through clothing with little fat.
Don't forget the hip bone! I notice it when I sleep on my side.
My tailbone is the big one, it really digs into the ground and I notice it when working out. No more 'protective padding' to keep it safe! I need to go buy myself a better workout mat lol.
