Sugar free stuff on Opti
The store that I usually buy sugar free popsicles from is out of stock. I had to buy DelMonte real fruit no sugar added popsicles. they have 1gram of natural sugars. Are these popsicles allowed? if so, how many a day?

I live in Mississauga lol... I would love to be able to travel all the way to Markham for 2.99 freezies but with me not working, it'll have to be somewhere I can get by foot. Thanks for the suggestion though. Where did you find other things from or did you get them all from Low Carb? I usually bought my SF Popsicles from Macs.
