dose anyone one no where to get the sf syrups in ottawa maybe around rockland or orlaeans

I know you can buy them online at http://www.thelowcarbgrocery.com .  Canadian company located in BC and Toronto.

I used to live in Plantagenet and I used to come into Rockland and Orleans to shop each week.  It's a small world.

yes it is i live in clarence-creek not much do  around here

My brother in law and his girlfriend live in Rockland and she works in healthcare (in some facet, not sure exactly). I know she works in Orleans as well, I can see if she knows anything.

If you have a Starbucks they sell them there. If you cross the border to the US you can buy them at Walmart.
