Finished my PATTS next thing OPTI

So its nice to know I completed my PATTS today.  Now I just have to wait for July 18th to start OPTI.  My husband said he will do OPTI with me so its easier on me :)

Thanks Krista :) How is your recovery going?

We won't be far apart.  I am on Day 7 of Opti.  My surgery is a week today at Humber with Dr. Hagen.  I am converting my sleeve to bypass.  I have lost 9 pounds on Opti so far.  :)  I love my sleeve but I started with a high bmi, sleep apnea, type 2 diabetis etc. so a 2 stage approach was the plan for me all along.  Good luck with your surgery.  The first couple days of Opti was the hardest.  I am still cooking for my family so it has been a challenge.  Let us know how you are doing.  :)
