Day 1 on Opti

So I decided to start OPTI a little earlier as I have extra. I didn't`t have to start until Thursday but decided I wanted to start Monday. First shake this morning was good. 3 & 1/2 weeks to go until I join the bench.

I go for surgery on Wednesday morning..it took me a full 10 days to realize I was not going to die(only 5 shakes left for me now). Good for you for embracing it a full week before you had to :)
