I hit 60 lbs today

So exciting I have lost 60 lbs today :) Just wanted to share my good news :)

congrats!!!!!  how are you doing 1 month out?  energy is good?  how are you managing solids?  so glad you are happy.

I feel amazing.  I just started solids yesterday and so far so good.  Love the food, measuring everything, focusing on protein intakes and honestly this is the best part so far.  I will share a great recipe with the group later as my diner last night was fabulous :)  So happy to be off puree`s LOL.  At first it was great but after 2 weeks I was ready to chew. Good luck on your surgery and feel free to send me any questions you have.

Thank you so much:) I honestly don`t have one, my first goal is to get under 300 lbs then under 200 lbs and then whatever happens :) I`ve been told by so many people who are vets 2 years or more postop and they all tell me make the most of your 18 months to 2 year window.  So this is what I try to do.

Congrats Michele! What a great accomplishment, for you! When did you start calculating your loss? Was it from before you started Opti, from when you started Opti or from when you had your surgery? My surgery is in 11 days

Thank you so much :) I started calculating from the day I started opti so I lost 35lbs while on Opti and another 25lbs in 4 weeks.
