When do you think it will be ok to start?

You should get the all-clear at either your 1 or 3 month check-up, depending on how you're healing. I just signed up for AquaFit at North Toronto Memorial Community Centre on Tuesdays from 10-11am if you care to join me

If your incisions are completely healed, you could probably start at 4 week, just go slow. If you are leaking at all, you have to wait until they are closed. If you do not, you are putting yourself at risk of infection.

Thanks Cathy yes they are healed and they said I am ok to go in the water for light swim I didn`t know if I can do Aquafit yet. Maybe I can do moderate version of it :)
