I was wondering if I could get some input on the fitbit ,I am undecided as to which one to get, I like the wrist band one, but I dont want to be disappointed if I choose it

I have that one and it`s amazing.  I wear it all the time, in bed and everything.  It really motivates me to walk and make sure I get all my steps in.  I also wondered if the wrist band would be ok as I do dress up for work but I love it and do not regret it.

If you get one add me my name is mtorbet79 :)

How exactly does this fit it work?  I've heard it mentioned on here a few times.

Basically it allows you to track your Steps, Sleep, Weight and food ( I use My Fitness Pal for my food) You can add friends to it and they can see your progress.  Its synchs up with your iPhone, iPad, Computer etc so you can monitor your progress anytime. Here is the website check out the video http://www.fitbit.com/

It doesn't sync up with the Iphone 4 though.  I use the FitBit Zip.  It doesn't track my sleep, but I use a CPAP machine and don't need that since the machine does it.

I have Fitbit One, I love it!!! I have it on from the time I get up in the morning until I go to bed at night! I find that it motivates me to keep moving all day.

I use My Fitness pal to track my food. I love that too!

Everyone, feel free to add me to fitbit www.fitbit.com/user/24RCF3

It has a vibration. I didn't think it would actually work, but it TOTALLY does. :) (I have the One.)

I have the "Fitbit One" too.  Love it  it definitely motivates me more and the more mobility I get the better it will be for me.  I also got the Fitbit scale - "Aria" which syncs with it as well, and I have the app on my iphone and I can update after every single step if I want. I also track my meals in Fitbit.
