Exercise gym

Does anyone suggest a gym, class or rec centre that is reasonable and has good facilities and hours?  I have a hip injury and a swimming pool appeals to me.

The ywca on McNab is a great place.  If you have low income you could apply for the living well program. The gym opens around 6 and the pool has a swim starting at 6:30.  You can go on the internet to see what time programs are at.  I have been a member of the pool for 14 years and the gym for the last 4 years. It is an amazing place.
