Help!! Terrible sinus cold!! What can I have?

Hi guys,

so I am supposed to go back to work tomorrow and I have caught a crazy bad sinus cold and sore throat!! What medication can I take? What do you guys take?!? Help please!! I feel like my head is about to explode!!! ;(

Surgery date August 11, 2014 gastric sleeve with Dr. Rotstein at St.Mike's

starting weight 309 4 months out 237

I took what I always take - Dayquil even though took me like 5 minutes to swallow that horrible horse pill :) Only the first one was scary though

I use Tylenol Cold and Sinus and with really bad bouts a nasal spray.

Hope you feel better soon, I know how the pain feels....when I get a really bad sinus cold my molars hurt for days.

Have learned that I can't measure my journey only by what I've lost. I've gained health and extra time on this earth ... that is most important
