Pre-op Diet - Stomach Cramps

So I have been following the Canada Food Guide diet since meeting with the dietitian back in August, and lately I have been getting terrible stomach cramps in the afternoon/evening.  The main changes for me have been increasing bread products (whole grain) and dairy products, while cutting down overall on fat and carbs.  I had been staying away from dairy after seeing a naturopath (but that's a whole different story).  Now I'm wondering if I need to cut these things back out.  I had thought that I would feel a whole lot better by now with eating much healthier and losing weight (down over 15 pounds since July).  I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar when changing their diet before surgery.

I would eliminate one thing at a time for a week... so whatever bread you are eating.. or a certain veg... if you have an inclination that one of them is causing it try that item first... see if you feel better...if so add it back in for a day and see if it comes back...

Good luck.
