Calcium question
I have to take my calcium 2 hours separate from another med I take three times a day. Sometimes my timing is off and I don't get the three doses of 500mg in. I cannot skip the other med, it is a heart pill. My question is, does anyone take 750mg two times a day? I am taking the liquid calcium citrate. Thanks,

Your body will only absorb 500 mg at a time so the 2x day won't work.

Thanks Robyn, I thought I had read that somewhere, but I couldn't find it in all my papers. I ordered some calcium citrate chews online. I think it will be easier, pop a couple in my purse, can take anywhere, at the right time. I really didn't want the extra calories but it will handy when away from home.

That's what I do with my Bariatric advantage wafers. Keep a container in my purse easy peasy
