from looking at this forum you would think no one in Oregon gets wls , which is wroung because my support group fills a large room, so where is everyone , guess everyone in Oregon is just to lazy to talk here

I was at a spinning class earlier this AM.  I will be going for a walk shortly.  This afternoon, I will be visiting my dad at a care home.

People have WLS and move on with their lives.  Therefore, they no longer spend time on this website.

Has not weighed myself since 1/2010.  Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.

Hello Alicia,

I follow you on YouTube and I know how hard you've worked for your surgery. I live in Portland and I had my sleeve surgery on April 10th. My starting weight was 410 and my surgery weight was 385, so I know how hard it is to get the pre op weight off. I just wanted to say congratulation on your journey!

It is such a small world. I grew up in Jasper, OR. I now live just above Salem, OR. I had VSG on 12/13/12 and I have lost 70lbs so far. I am thrilled to be healthier. I do not blog much on these WLS sites but do come on everyday to see what everyone is talking about. I do believe everyone's journey is different in a lot of ways but have similar cir****tances. I won't lie it has been a hard road for the first 4 months but it is not getting better. If you are looking for support chat me up I am also on the gastric sleeve website too.
