G'morning all!

Jeez Luis, didn't wog for 10 days and yesterday it was hell. Why is it so difficult to get in shape and so easy to fall out of shape? And it's not like I sat on my bum for 10 days, I was walking 15-20K steps every day. But yesterday's 5 miles wog felt like it would never end. Oh well, at least it should get better going forward.

If you guys are not tired of Vespa I have more pics to share. These were just Vespas around town and/or parked at the convention. Vespa world had taken over an area usually used for fairs, so it had a huge parking lot. It was very cute seeing tons and tons of Vespas all parked next to each other. My favorite is the little Vespa on top of the big Vespa.

QOTD: i have seen TikTok of tall people (around 7') and life doesn't seem very easy for them. So I'll go with the 1' and use my dog as a pony.

My meals yesterday:

Coffee
Buffalo chicken, protein style
Goat cheddar cheese, jello, fluffy yogurt
Innards of taco tue
E: 5 miles wog

Such beautiful pictues and I really want to ride the yellow one. I wish I could tell you that it gets easier, but every year it gets harder to get back in shape after any down time.

I didn?t know Vespa made cars, those are super cute . I thought it was an Isetta.
