I'm looking for recipes for making my own protein bars.
Does anyone have any ideas?

It says protein balls, but I press the mixture into a square pan and cut into bars.  If you PM me your email address, I'll send you my file of recipes I've collected over the last couple of years.

Protein Balls
  1C. Simply Jif PB
1C. Instant oatmeal - I use whatever I have on hand: weight control or reduced sugar ( this is usually 2 packets)

1 Cup Protein powder
( whatever I have on hand - I have used chocolate, mocha, and vanilla-cinnamon - I like them all)
1/2 cup SF maple syrup ( I usually mix 1/4 syrup with 1/4 flavored syrups i.e. pumpkin, buttered rum, kalua  Whatever flavor you like)

Mix well.  I use a small cookie scoop and roll them into tight balls.  I ALWAYS have these on hand.
FROM CHRIS TAPIA     1 cup RF peanut butter
1 cup chocolate protein powder
1 cup whole oats (not the quick or instant kind)
splenda to taste
Mix all ingredients thoroughly then roll into balls....heating the peanut butter in the microwave helps this mix up some but be careful if you use your hands to roll the balls lol.....  I also had to add a little water to make these stick together better...
